Things to tell your anxious mind…

When we feel anxious, our automatic response is often to let our mind run wild and go into a downward spiral triggering even more anxious thoughts🌪️

To overcome this negative pattern, try the following:
1. Label your feelings and thoughts, such as “this is just anxiety”💬
2. Challenge your anxious/negative thoughts by picking a few of the statements above that resonate with you and repeat them to yourself in your head, over and over again🔂
*anxious thoughts may still creep in, but the key here is repetition and consistency. The same statements may not work every time so be sure to switch them up each time🔀

Remember, you have the power to control your mind, even when things feel out of control🌀The mind is everything, what you think you become🌷🌼
