Katie (Dublirer) Perez, MSW, LCSW, SAC
-
Katie specializes in working with teens and adults who look like they have everything together but are quietly overwhelmed, anxious, and stuck in their own heads. Her clients are driven, successful people who are tired of the racing thoughts, the second-guessing, and the constant pressure to perform. They come to her because they want to feel calmer, more confident in their decisions, and more in control of their own minds.
Katie has worked in the mental health field for over a decade, providing therapy to individuals, families, and couples across a wide range of settings and levels of care. She draws from cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, solution-focused therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, structural family therapy, and positive psychology. Her style is warm, direct, and practical. She gives honest feedback, real tools you can use between sessions, and a clear sense of what you are working toward together.
Katie is the co-founder of Ola Wellness and is an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies.

Katie completed her undergraduate education at Quinnipiac University and obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in business.
