Hi! We’re Katie and Edlira. We help people who are carrying more than they can hold alone, whether that looks like anxiety that won’t quiet down, relationships that feel confusing or painful, or a sense that you’ve lost touch with yourself along the way.
We know what it can feel like to move through life on autopilot, to question your emotions, or to feel stuck in patterns that don’t reflect who you want to be. That understanding shapes how we show up in therapy, with steadiness, curiosity, and deep respect for your pace.
In our work together, we focus on helping you reconnect with yourself, understand your emotional world more clearly, and build the tools you need to feel more grounded in your daily life and relationships.
We believe therapy should feel like a space where you can finally exhale; a place where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or carry it all alone. Over time, our hope is that you feel more connected, more confident in your choices, and more like yourself again.
